As living organisms, plants require proper care upon arrival. We provide care instructions with each order, but cannot guarantee plant survival after delivery as this depends on the care provided by the customer. Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before orders are processed for delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within South Africa. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. Planthouse is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the living nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess each claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Planthouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
